Goal B: Improve linkages with 0-5 providers.

-Develop policy statement regarding linkages with Part C providers

-Establish partnership with DOE-OSEP to clarify roles and responsibilities regarding services to children aged 0-5 who have disabilities

-Identify and implement collaborative efforts with those who provide services to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers aged 0-5 with disabilities, in terms of obtaining required data and tracking and transitioning students into Part B programs
