- Attendance;

- New reference materials, other handouts;

Approval of minutes from 2-18-98 meeting;

Recap of electronic discussion group activity;

Reports from absent members, if any;

Report from Planning Committee delegates;

Review draft Utah rules, as compiled by Steve.

Assign sections to individual task force members so that we may begin drafting items for the user's manual, with the following items being given priority:

- quality items/ best practice recommendations;

- compliance checklist items.

Review and revise state complaint procedures, as appropriate.

Member assignments for next meeting.
